Once an order is approved and a project has started, no refunds will be issued. Every item passes through our hands prior to installation, and anything faulty is removed before it ever reaches your project — eliminating the need for a refund in the first place.

Yes. We’re BEE compliant and experienced with government-related work.
Depending on how you take care of them, and their location, these factors can influence their lifespan. We have had clients that after twenty five years, their plants only needed a deep clean. So if taken care properly - which we will give you advice on - they can last very long.
